April 25th.... 8:30 am Sintra and Pena Palace 1/2 day tour (5 hours), 6:30 pm Dinner and Fada Music  (2 1/2 hours)

April 26th.... TBD Traditional Portuguese Cooking Class ( 3 hours) 

April 27th.... TBD Roman Archaeology Tour and TBD Fabulous Farewell Dinner

Payments and Cancellation Policy 

Deposit: Only $700 down to reserve your spot.  Deposit is non-refundable

July 1, 2025: $1000 

August 1, 2025 $1000

September 1, 2025  $ Your Remaining Balance 

 

Cancellation Policy

For the Trip:  Any cancellation will result in a total loss of the $700 USD deposit.  Any cancellation made between July 1, 2025 and September 30th, 2025 will result in a loss of 50% of your payments thus far.  Any cancellation made between October 1st and the trip departure will result in a total loss of funds.  We reserve the right to cancel the trip prior to the arrival date of April 21, 2026 , and if we do, your deposit and all payments will be refunded in full.  Trip cancellation insurance is HIGHLY recommended and can be purchased through your Thrive Through Travel host Kathy Beekman.

You hereby release MyTravel4Ever LLC from all claims arising out of any problem covered in this paragraph.


You acknowledge and understand that: (i) airlines can increase their prices at any time before tickets are issued and that Thrive Through Travel has no control over issuance of tickets for tours; (2) airlines, cruise lines, tour operators, and other Suppliers have their own contracts covering cancellation penalties and other terms and conditions, and that you may be bound by those contracts regardless of whether you receive notice of their terms.


Thrive Through Travel has no special knowledge regarding the financial condition of the Suppliers, unsafe conditions, health hazards, weather hazards, or climate extremes at locations to which you may travel. It is your responsibility to keep informed of all requirements in relation to your trip and any COVID-19 based restrictions.
Travel Insurance is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED and can be purchased through Thrive Through Travel.
