Payments and Cancellation Policy 

Deposit: Only $800 down to reserve your spot.  Deposit is non-refundable

February 1, 2026: $1200 

March 1, 2026 $1200

April 1, 2026   Your Remaining Balance 

 

Cancellation Policy

For the Trip:  Any cancellation will result in a total loss of the $800 USD deposit.  Any cancellation made between April 1, 2026 and June 1, 2026 will result in a loss of 50% of your payments thus far.  Any cancellation made between June 2nd and September 24, 2006 will result in a total loss of funds.  We reserve the right to cancel the trip prior to the arrival date of September 24th, and if we do, your deposit and all payments will be refunded in full.  Trip cancellation insurance is HIGHLY recommended and can be purchased through your Thrive Through Travel host Kathy Beekman.

Disclaimer

Thrive Through Travel acts as a sales agent for any airline, hotel, car-rental company, tour operator, cruise line, or other service provider named in your itinerary (“Suppliers/Tours”). Thrive Through Travel is not responsible for acts or omissions of the Suppliers or their failure to provide services or adhere to their own schedules.

You hereby release Thrive Through Travel LLC from all claims arising out of any problem covered in this paragraph.


You acknowledge and understand that: (i) airlines can increase their prices at any time before tickets are issued and that Thrive Through Travel has no control over issuance of tickets for tours; (2) airlines, cruise lines, tour operators, and other Suppliers have their own contracts covering cancellation penalties and other terms and conditions, and that you may be bound by those contracts regardless of whether you receive notice of their terms.


Thrive Through Travel has no special knowledge regarding the financial condition of the Suppliers, unsafe conditions, health hazards, weather hazards, or climate extremes at locations to which you may travel. It is your responsibility to keep informed of all requirements in relation to your trip. Travel Insurance is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED and can be purchased through Thrive Through Travel.

from all claims arising out of any problem covered in this paragraph. You agree that the courts in Park County, Colorado will be the exclusive jurisdiction for all claims brought by you or Thrive Through Travel, and you hereby submit to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
