Payments and Cancellation Policy for Early Bird Pricing
Deposit: only $400 down to reserve your spot. Deposit is non-refundable

Cancellation Policy
For the Trip: Any cancellation will result in a total loss of the $400 USD deposit. Any cancellation made between June 1, 2024 and September 1, 2024 will result in a loss of 50% of the trip price. Any cancellation made between September 2nd and the trip departure will result in a total loss of funds. We reserve the right to cancel the trip, and if we do, your deposit and all payments will be refunded in full. Trip cancellation insurance is HIGHLY recommended.
