Deposit: only $500 down per person to reserve your spot.  Deposit is non-refundable

February 1st: $900

March 1st: Remaining Balance Due

Cancellation Policy

For the Trip:  Any cancellation will result in a total loss of the $500 USD deposit.  Any cancellation made between March 1, 2025 and September 1, 2025 will result in a loss of 50% of your payments thus far.  Any cancellation made between September 1st, 2025 and the trip departure will result in a total loss of funds.  We reserve the right to cancel the trip prior to the departure date of October 24, 2025 , and if we do, your deposit and all payments will be refunded in full.  Trip cancellation insurance is HIGHLY recommended and can be purchased through your Thrive Through Travel host Kathy Beekman.

Thrive Through Travel acts as a sales agent for any airline, hotel, car-rental company, tour operator, cruise line, orother service provider named in your itinerary (“Suppliers”). Thrive Through Travel is not responsible for acts or omissions of the Suppliers or their failure to provide services or adhere to their own schedules.

Thrive Through Travel assumes no responsibility for and shall not be liable for any refund, personal injury, property damage, or other loss, accident, delay, inconvenience, or irregularity which may be caused by: (1) any defaults, wrongful or negligent acts, or omissions of the Suppliers; (2) any defect in or failure of any vehicle, craft, equipment, or instrumentality owned, operated, or otherwise used or provided by the Suppliers; or (3) any wrongful or negligent acts or omissions on the part of any other party not under Thrive Through Travel's control. You hereby release MyTravel4Ever LLC from all claims arising out of any problem covered in this paragraph.

You acknowledge and understand that: (i) airlines can increase their prices at any time before tickets are issued and that Thrive Through Travel has no control over issuance of tickets for tours; (2) airlines, cruise lines, tour operators, and other Suppliers have their own contracts covering cancellation penalties and other terms and conditions, and that you may be bound by those contracts regardless of whether you receive notice of their terms.

Thrive Through Travel has no special knowledge regarding the financial condition of the Suppliers, unsafe conditions, health hazards, weather hazards, or climate extremes at locations to which you may travel. It is your responsibility to keep informed of all requirements in relation to your trip and any COVID-19 based restrictions.
Travel Insurance is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED and can be purchased through Thrive Through Travel.

www.cdc.gov/travel. You assume full and complete responsibility for checking and verifying any and all passport,
visa, vaccination, or other entry requirements of your destination(s), and all conditions regarding health, safety,
security, political stability, and labor or civil unrest at such destinations You here by release Thrive Through Travel
from all claims arising out of any problem covered in this paragraph. You agree that the courts in Park County, Colorado will be the exclusive jurisdiction for all claims brought by you or Thrive Through Travel, and you hereby submit to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
